FAQs
What counts as an application?
One submitted application to one requisition. Withdrawn and duplicate submissions from the same candidate to the same role are not counted twice, and internal transfers are free on every plan.
Are interviewers charged as seats?
No. Seats cover the people who run the process — recruiters, coordinators and hiring managers. Anyone who only submits a scorecard is free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens if we go over our application volume?
Nothing breaks and nothing is rejected. We flag it at 80% and 100%, and overage is billed at the plan's per-application rate at the end of the term. You can move up a plan mid-term and we pro-rate the difference.
How much does annual billing save?
Two months. Annual plans are billed at ten months' list price, which is the discount shown when the Annual toggle is on.
Can we change plan mid-term?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term, so you keep what you paid for.
Is there a discount for non-profits or the public sector?
Registered charities and public-sector bodies get 30% off Team and Scale, and a negotiated rate on Enterprise. Send us your registration number and we will apply it to the quote.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing on Free, Team and Scale — setup is self-serve with guided onboarding included. Enterprise rollouts include an implementation package scoped to your integrations and approval policies.
How do you handle candidate data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the region you choose on Enterprise, and subject to retention rules you configure per job family. We are SOC 2 Type II and sign DPAs as standard.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Candidate records, scorecards and the full decision log export as CSV and JSON at any time, on any plan, without asking us first.
Do you offer a trial?
Team and Scale both include a 14-day free trial with no card required. Free is free indefinitely for a single recruiter.
How are we invoiced?
Card or direct debit on Team and Scale. Enterprise agreements are invoiced annually and can be raised against a PO in GBP, EUR or USD.
What if we need something that is not on this page?
Talk to us. Most Enterprise agreements start as a request that did not fit a plan — custom volume, a specific residency requirement, or an approval policy with more steps than the standard chain.
